What I arrange for you

   Statements of utility operators

   Electricity, gas, water and sewerage, telecommunications: where the networks run, under what conditions you can connect and what needs to be protected during construction.

2. 02

   Binding opinions of the relevant authorities

   Depending on the building, for example spatial planning, environment, protection of agricultural land, the road authority or the fire service.

3. 03

   Cadastral documents

   Title deed, a copy of the cadastral map and verification of the ownership of the plot.

4. 04

   Complete submission

   Building notification or an application for a decision on the construction plan (building permit) with all attachments.

5. 05

   Communication with the building authority

   I handle requests and additions until the project is verified.
