   Design for the notification of a minor building

   Fences, carports, garages, garden sheds, summer kitchens and similar structures up to 50 m² and 5 m in height.

   Design for the notification of building alterations

   Replacement or repair of a roof truss, interventions in load-bearing structures, renovation of the roof and the building envelope.

3. 03

   Design documentation for a simple building

   For example a family house with a built-up area of up to 300 m² or a holiday cottage. Structural design and fire safety are handled by a specialist.

   Larger and more complex buildings

   In cooperation with authorised designers.
